What is a "Top Line" Focus Meeting?

The term "Bottom Line" is used to refer to those sexual behaviors that an individual (often in consultation with a sponsor) has decided represent addictive and destructive behaviors.

"Top Line" then refers to those behaviors that are positive, constructive and affirming behaviors.

The point is to provide an additional focus of what we want in our lives rather than just focusing on what we don't want.
